This free course will teach you how to recognise an opioid overdose and how to respond — including how to use Naloxone (Prenoxad and Nyxoid).
The course takes around 30 to 40 minutes to complete. It is suitable for complete beginners with no prior medical knowledge.
At the end of the course you will take a short assessment. Pass with 80% or above to receive your completion certificate.
Anyone who wants to know how to help in an overdose situation — including volunteers, staff, service users, family members, carers, and community members.
