Safer Working Practices

This introductory session is for Wirral Ways staff and provides a practical overview of safer working practices in our day-to-day roles. We will look at professional boundaries, lone working, safe communication, and how to protect both ourselves and the people we support.
The session is designed to build confidence, strengthen good practice and help everyone feel secure and supported in their work.
