Understanding Professional Curiosity and Enhancing Critical Thinking Skills

This session is for Wirral Ways staff and partner organisations. We will explore what professional curiosity looks like in practice, why it matters and how it helps us make safer and more informed decisions. The training will also focus on developing stronger critical thinking skills, helping you to question assumptions, recognise gaps in information and build a fuller picture when supporting someone.
By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident applying professional curiosity in their day-to-day work and using critical thinking to guide safe, balanced and effective decision-making.
