DESCRIPTION:This session is designed for volunteers who have already comple
 ted their interview and are now moving into their role with Wirral Ways or
  Nightingales Recovery CIC. Boundaries are a key part of keeping everyone 
 safe\, supported and respected\, so this training helps you feel confident
  about how to navigate them in real situations.\nWe will cover what health
 y boundaries look like in a volunteering setting\, why they matter\, and h
 ow they protect both you and the people you support. The session also walk
 s through common scenarios\, communication tips\, and what to do if you ev
 er feel unsure about a situation.\nYou will learn how boundaries link to o
 ur policies and safeguarding responsibilities\, and where to go for guidan
 ce or support if you need it. It is an interactive\, practical session tha
 t gives you the tools to volunteer safely\, professionally and with clarit
 y.\nBy the end\, you will feel comfortable applying boundaries in a compas
 sionate and consistent way. We are here to support you every step of the w
 ay.
