This induction session is for volunteers who have already been successfully interviewed and are ready to begin their journey with Wirral Ways or Nightingales Recovery CIC.
The training will give you everything you need before starting in your role. We will walk you through our processes, policies, responsibilities, and the support available to you as part of our volunteer team. You will also learn about safeguarding, confidentiality, boundaries, and how we work in partnership across our services.
It is a friendly, relaxed session where you can meet the team, ask questions, and get a clear understanding of what to expect. By the end, you will feel confident, prepared, and ready to get started in a way that is safe, supported and aligned with how we work.
