Make a referral
Wirral Ways is a service for adults aged 18 and over. When you start a referral, you will be redirected to the national Change Grow Live website. This is completely normal and helps make sure your information is sent securely to our local team. Once your referral is submitted, it comes straight to us and a member of the team will be in touch.
Self Refer
If you are aged 18 or over and would like support for yourself, you can complete a self-referral online. The form is quick, confidential, and asks for the essential details we need to get you started. Once we receive it, we will contact you to talk through your next steps and the support options available.
Refer someone else
If you are a family member, friend, professional, or organisation referring someone aged 18 or over, you can use the same online form. Please include as much information as you can so we can understand the situation and tailor our response. Our team will review the referral and contact the person directly.
Support for under 18s
If you are referring someone under 18, support is provided locally by Response. They offer confidential help for children and young people across Wirral. You can visit their website or use their referral form using the links below.
