Compañeros Crisis Café

Compañeros Crisis Café is a safe, welcoming space for anyone struggling with their mental health. Open in the evenings and at weekends, the café offers a calm environment where you can talk, be listened to, and find support when things feel overwhelming.

Our trained staff and volunteers are here to help you manage difficult moments, connect you with local services, and give you space to breathe. Whether you want a chat, some practical advice, or simply somewhere to feel safe, you’re always welcome at Compañeros.

NHS 111 – Option 2 for Mental Health

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing a crisis, or just need someone to talk to, NHS 111 option 2 is there for you.

Samaritans
