Delivering quality supervision/1-1 sessions

This session is for Wirral Ways managers and team leaders who want to strengthen the quality of their supervision and one-to-one practice. We will explore how to use motivational interviewing techniques and a strengths-based approach to build more productive, supportive and reflective conversations with staff.
By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident in creating a safe space for honest discussion, setting clear goals, easing challenges and helping their teams grow through high-quality supervision.
